Winterberry Farm invites you to join us for two weekends to celebrate the true Spirit of Christmas!

Let's go back in time when people gathered together at the darkest, coldest time of year to remember the light and life eternal that flows through all things, the love that lives inside our hearts and is the hope of the world, and the joy that comes from opening our hearts and sharing with one another. Experience what it's like as the traditions of Europe are painted onto a vintage, American farm backdrop.

Modeled after the world famous Christkindl Markets in Germany, come see artisans with quality, hand-made art and crafts many of which celebrate the season. Be surrounded with the magic of winter and Christmas as the farm is dressed in festive finery. Join us for delightful European food and delectable sweets of all kinds. Be sure to wear warm clothes and boots. This will be a day and night to remember!

In addition, we have three extra special events available to you on the same days...

CONCERT: Christmas through Song and Story - Join professional performers Sabrina Schneppat, owner and founder of Winterberry Farm and her musical partner, Craig Lincoln as they take you on a one-hour, wonderful Christmas tour through Christmas as seen through the eyes of someone who grew up in the German Christmas tradition.
Along with learning about some of the Christmas traditions, this lovely event will be part story, part concert, part sing- along, all sure to put you in the true Spirit of Christmas! Leave with a song in your heart and a smile to last throughout the Christmas season.

Because of the weather, it will need to be accessed from the stairs below, so it will not be wheelchair accessible.

TOUR: Christmas at the Hermitage - take a horse-drawn carriage ride from the farm to the estate next door which at one time was all part of the same property owned by George Kalbfleisch. Mr. Kalbfleisch built the English Manor home and also added the Greek Revival detail to Winterberry's main barn along with the other outbuidings on the farm under the design of Tiffin architect, George Netcher. The manor home which will be opened exclusively to support the vision of Winterberry Farm. This 10,000 square foot home with one of only 13 Aeolian Skinner pipe organs in a private resident, will be open for personally guided, small group tours.

The house will be gorgeously decorated and you will see the main floor's Grand entry and staircase, Magnificent Music Hall, Library, Dining Room, Solarium, Breakfast Room, and Kitchen.
The highlight of the tour will include an unforgettable moment of magic as you will take in an authentic German Christmas tree with real candles. People who have had the privilege of seeing this, say it is something they will never forget.
