The Barn – a Breathtaking, historical masterpiece built in the 1830's with Greek Revival architectural elements added in the 1920’s. This is Winterberry Farm’s Centerpiece and the perfect place for an awe-inspiring sacred ceremony, elegant dinner, or cozy celebration.  We cap private events at 125 to ensure that every guest has an optimal experience at Winterberry.

The Enchanted Grove – a beautiful stand of Mulberry, Silver Maple, Pin Oak, and Cherry trees located adjacent to the barn. It provides a lovely shaded canopy with stunning views of the barn and meadows. Perfect for a serene ceremony or tranquil dinner communing with Mother Nature’s Finest. Or, roll out the dance floor and waltz the night divine under this quilt of leaves.  Be gently shaded in the day and enveloped by these friendly giants as the night unfolds.

The Butterfly Meadow –a lush, slightly sloping area in front of the barn cradled by native grasses chasing the wind and butterflies dancing through the milkweed.  This area has magnificent sweeping vistas of fields, meadows, trees, flowers, and of course, the magnificent barn.

The Courtyard – this amazing area is an extension of the barn opening its arms to create a divine space directly behind the barn and adjacent to the carriage house where once draft horses were harnessed and groomed, chickens ran free, and sheep milled about. It is an inviting area including both covered and open space -- perfect for dinner and dancing. This space can be used in a multitude of ways. A tent could be added to enclose the entire area.

The Carriage House –we offer this sunny space looking out onto the lawn where you can hear the songs of birds and the breeze in the trees a reminder to breath and be in this beautiful moment as you take this next step together. ​

"The Chapel" – another sacred space here on the farm dating back to the late 1800's when Henry Luther Best built a chapel for his wife so they would have a place to celebrate and give thanks for the blessings of life with their eight children.

Luxury Bathroom Trailer with a men’s and ladies’ room – these restrooms are the ultimate in luxury with flush toilets, sinks with running hot and cold water, air-conditioning, heating and lighting.

• String-lights and our magnificent, dimmable, one-of-a-kind chandelier create a warm, vintage  glow 

• Round or Banquet Tables and white folding chairs (other styles available for an up charge) 

• Set up and take down of all tables and chairs
